What Is The C2 Business Visa?

C2 Business Visa previously recognized as the B211A Business Visa, opens doors to seamless business interactions in Indonesia. We’re here to guide you through the application process and help you embark on your successful business journey.

How many days can you stay in Indonesia/Bali with this Visa?

The C2 Business Visa allows you to stay in Bali/Indonesia for a total of a 180 days (6 months).

You will get 60 days at arrival in Indonesia and you can extend it up to two times, each time giving you 60 other days of stay.

It is a Single Entry Visa

The C2 Business Visa is a Single Entry visa, which means that when you leave Indonesia/Bali you need to reapply for a new visa.

In how many days I have to enter Indonesia/Bali after the issue of the E-Visa?

Upon receiving your E-Visa on your email, you have a 90-day window to enter Indonesia from the release date written on your E-Visa.

We highly recommend checking your flight details and submitting your visa application at least 1 month before your intended travel date that will ensure a smooth and timely process for your journey.

Regulations about the extensions of the C9 Short Course Visa

The Visa allows a maximum of 2 extensions, each for 60 days

Following recent regulations, at the end of the 2nd Extension you have to leave the country with no option for onshore visa applications.

The visa can still be reapplied but only for offshore, you must exit the country every 180 days (6 months).

How many days before the extension you need to bring us your passport?

In case you want to do an extension you need to bring your passport to our office 14 days before the expiring date of your Visa.

Please note that 30 days extensions are no longer available

Is Business allowed with this visa?

GAYA BALI VISA acts as the agent for the C2 Business Visa, facilitating visa processes for various purposes:

  1. Business activities, meetings, or purchase of goods.
  2. Discussions, negotiations, and/or signing business contracts.
  3. Activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.

Important Note:

While holding this visa, engaging in the sale of goods or services and receiving rewards, wages, or similar payments in Indonesia is not permitted.

Document required for the application of the C2 Business Visa

  1. A scanned/color copy of your passport and cover of your passport.
  • Your passport needs to be valid for at least 9 months and you must have at least 2 empty pages. 
    Note: Foreigners with Travel Documents that are not passport or nationality documents must attach a re-entry permit from the country/immigration that has issued the document.
  • Make sure the photo of your passport is sharp, in focus, not ghosted, not covered, not cropped or folded, and not blurry.
  • Make sure the passport photo is in landscape form.
  1. A recent passport-size photo of yourself.
  • Unrecommended photo: Blurry photo, Others than face photo, Expression face photo.
  • Make sure your photo shows half the body, not just the chest and head
  1. A personal bank statement is required, showing a minimum final balance of USD 2,000 or equivalent for the last 3 months. The statement should include your name, the date of the period covered, and the account balance details.
  1. Proof of registration or certificate as a participant in the benchmarking activity, short courses, or short training program from a government agency or private institution.
  1. Provide us with your address in Indonesia. Whether you stay in a villa or a hotel is fine.

We don’t require any documents except all written above.

As your sponsor, we will be providing all other documents.

Price & Services for the C2 Business Visa

Normal Services : IDR 3,500,000

The process will take 10-12 Business Days (does not include weekends & public holidays)

Inclusion :

  • Visa Fee (including 50 USD)

  • Airport Pick up services Jimbaran, Kuta, and Seminyak. For the  Nusa Dua, Canggu, Uluwatu, Gianyar, Ubud, and Tabanan areas, a charge will be applied.

    Please send us your flight details and address max. 2 days before your arrival date. Without confirmation, we will not be able to arrange your pick-up.

     

VIP Services : IDR 5,500,000 

The process will take 4-5 Business Days (does not include weekends & public holidays)

  • Airport Pick up services Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Seminyak. For the Canggu, Uluwatu, Gianyar, and Ubud areas, a charge will be applied.

Cost for the Extension

The fee for each extension (60 days)  is IDR 2,500,000 

Extra Charges

  • For passport holders in Arabic and Chinese languages, as well as all African countries and specific Visa Calling Countries, there is an additional approval charge of IDR 500,000 per extension.
  • If unable to visit Bali for biometrics during the first extension, an additional IDR 1,000,000 approval photo charge applies, bringing the total to IDR 3,800,000 for the first extension.

Payment Methods for the C2 Business Visa

Our accepted payment methods are Wise, Credit Card, Revolut, and Western Union.

Please note:

  • PayPal and International Bank Transfer are not accepted due to delays and high fees.
  • Wise: To make your payment process faster, please use our email address as the Wise Recipient: [email protected]
  • Revolut: We will begin processing once the full invoice amount is received in our bank account. Please make sure the amount of money we will receive must match the amount on the invoice, if there is a difference due to deductions or because you underpaid, you must pay the difference.
  • Credit Card payments: Send us a confirmation to receive the payment link. This method incurs an additional 3% charge.
  • Indonesian Company Bank Accounts: If you pay through a company bank account, especially a company from Indonesia, you will have to pay the 2% of tax on your expenses – this case only if you report the transaction.
