What is D1 Tourist Visa 1 Year?
The D1 Tourist Visa 1 Year is a multi-entry visa with a validity period of 1 year to enter Indonesia/Bali.
Each time you enter Indonesia/Bali you will be able to stay for 60 days.
It’s important to keep track of this validity and make sure you leave before it expires.
After that, you can re-enter Indonesia with the same visa and receive another 60 days, as long as it aligns with the maximum validity specified on your E-VISA.
It is made specifically for you looking to participate in meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions, while also allowing you to explore the beauty of Indonesia and reconnect with friends and family.
Multiple Entry Visa Privilege
The D1 Tourist Visa 1 Year is non-extendable.
Upon entry into Indonesia, the visa will automatically be valid for 60 days (2 months).
While it is still possible to apply for this visa offshore, it’s important to note that you must exit the country once the 60 days (2 months) have expired.
How many days after the E-visa I have to enter the country?
Once you’ve successfully obtained your E-Visa, you’ll have a 90-day window to enter Indonesia from the release date.
It’s advisable to check your flight details and apply at least 1 month before your planned arrival.
By applying in advance, you can avoid any last-minute complications and ensure that your travel documents are in order well ahead of your journey. This allows ample time for processing and addressing any unforeseen issues that may arise during the application process.
Can you work and trade with this Visa?
It’s important to note that while holding the D1 Tourist Visa 1 Year, you are prohibited to work in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
Specifically, engaging in the sale of goods or services and receiving rewards, wages, or similar payments in Indonesia is not permitted under this visa category.
This restrictions are in place to ensure that the visa remains aligned with its intended purpose, which is to facilitate pre-investment activities and exploration of business opportunities in Indonesia/Bali.

- Attend as a participant at meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions.
- Conducting activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.
Document required for the application of the D1 Tourist Visa 1 Year
- A scanned/color copy of your passport and cover of your passport.
- Foreigners with travel documents other than passports are not eligible to apply for this visa.
- Your passport needs to be valid for at least 9 months and you must have at least 2 empty pages.
- Make sure the photo of your passport is sharp, in focus, not ghosted, not covered, not cropped or folded, and not blurry.
- Make sure the passport photo is in landscape form.
When entering Indonesia, please ensure your passport is in excellent condition.
Indonesia immigration will not allow entry if your passport has any of the following issues:
Passport cover that is loose or missing, Threads hanging at the edges, Binding that is frayed or loose, Stickers (except for official border or visa stickers), Pages or covers that are torn, cut, or trimmed, Warped, bent, or curved covers or pages, Plastic peeling, Unauthorized markings; such as tourist attraction stamps, which aren’t from official government agencies and may invalidate your passport, Water-damaged passports, whether major or minor, Edges of pages that are worn or curling, Tears to the cover or pages, Damage to the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) chip.
- A recent passport-size photo of yourself.
- Unrecommended photo: Blurry photo, Others than face photo, Expression face photo.
- A personal bank statement is required, showing a minimum final balance of USD 2,000 or equivalent for the last 3 months. The statement should include your name, the date of the period covered, and the account balance details.
- You are required to submit 1 (one) of the following documents:
– Information, invitations, or correspondence from government agencies or private institutions that explain the relationship with you. Or
– Statement letter from the spouse or parents explaining the family relationship with you and the activities to be carried out in Indonesia, attached with a family card/similar document.
- Curriculum Vitae, a detailed document highlighting your professional and academic background
- Travel Itinerary, a schedule of activities in Indonesia. It provides a detailed overview of your trip, including flight details, hotel accommodations, and planned activities in Bali. Customize your Travel Itinerary to include the duration of your stay in Indonesia. If you plan to visit other cities in Indonesia during your stay, please also attach the hotel addresses and flight details
- Provide us with your address in Indonesia. Since you’re applying for a multiple-entry visa, it’s better to have or rent a place for the long term. Moving frequently would require you to report each address change and pay IDR 500,000 for each update

Our accepted payment methods are Wise, Credit Card, Revolut, and Western Union.
Please note:
- PayPal and International Bank Transfer are not accepted due to delays and high fees.
- Wise: To make your payment process faster, please use our email address as the Wise Recipient: [email protected]
- Revolut: We will begin processing once the full invoice amount is received in our bank account. Please make sure the amount of money we will receive must match the amount on the invoice, if there is a difference due to deductions or because you underpaid, you must pay the difference.
- Credit Card payments: Send us a confirmation to receive the payment link. This method incurs an additional 3% charge.
- Indonesian Company Bank Accounts: If you pay through a company bank account, especially a company from Indonesia, you will have to pay the 2% of tax on your expenses – this case only if you report the transaction.
