What Is The C10 Invited Event Participants Visa

C10 Invited Event Participants Visa, is designed for you invited to Indonesia for events, lectures, seminars, and similar engagements.

Whether you’re a speaker, lecturer, presenter, or a public figure, the C10 visa allows you to engage in these activities while visiting Indonesia. 

How many days can you stay in Indonesia/Bali with this Visa?

The C10 Invited Event Participants Visa allows you to stay in Bali/Indonesia for a total of a 180 days. 

You will get 60 days at arrival in Indonesia and you can extend it up to two times, each time giving you 60 other days of stay.

It is a Single Entry Visa

The C10 Invited Event Participants Visa is a new type of Single Entry visa, requiring a new application upon leaving Indonesia for re-entry.

Which means that if you leave the country for any reason and you want to re enter the country you need to reapply for a new visa!

In how many days I have to enter Indonesia/Bali after the issue of the E-Visa?

Upon receiving your E-Visa on your email, you have a 90-day window to enter Indonesia from the release date written on your E-Visa.

We highly recommend checking your flight details and submitting your visa application at least 1 month before your intended travel date that will ensure a smooth and timely process for your journey.

Regulations about the extensions of the C10 Invited Event Participants Visa

The Visa allows you a maximum of 2 extensions, each for 60 days

Following recent regulations, at the end of the 2nd Extension you have to leave the country with no option for onshore visa applications.

The visa can still be reapplied for offshore, but you must exit the country every 180 days (6 months).

How many days before the extension you need to bring us your passport?

In case you want to do an extension you need to bring your passport to our office 14 days before the expiring date of your Visa.

Please note that 30 days extensions are no longer available

Is Business allowed with this visa?

While holding this visa, engaging in the sale of goods or services and receiving rewards, wages, or similar payments in Indonesia is not permitted.

  1. Designed for individuals involved in speaking, lecturing, or presenting at events in Indonesia, without being in an employment relationship with Indonesian entities.

Document required for the application of the C10 Invited Event Participants Visa

  1. A scanned/color copy of your passport and cover of your passport.
  • Your passport needs to be valid for at least 9 months and you must have at least 2 empty pages. 
    Note: Foreigners with Travel Documents that are not passport or nationality documents must attach a re-entry permit from the country/immigration that has issued the document.
  • Make sure the photo of your passport is sharp, in focus, not ghosted, not covered, not cropped or folded, and not blurry.
  • Make sure the passport photo is in landscape form.

When entering Indonesia, please ensure your passport is in excellent condition.

Indonesia immigration will not allow entry if your passport has any of the following issues:

Passport cover that is loose or missing, Threads hanging at the edges, Binding that is frayed or loose, Stickers (except for official border or visa stickers), Pages or covers that are torn, cut, or trimmed, Warped, bent, or curved covers or pages, Plastic peeling, Unauthorized markings; such as tourist attraction stamps, which aren’t from official government agencies and may invalidate your passport, Water-damaged passports, whether major or minor, Edges of pages that are worn or curling, Tears to the cover or pages, Damage to the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) chip.

  1. A recent passport-size photo of yourself.
  • Unrecommended photo: Blurry photo, Others than face photo, Expression face photo.
  • Make sure your photo shows half the body, not just the chest and head
  1. A personal bank statement is required, showing a minimum final balance of USD 2,000 or equivalent for the last 3 months. The statement should include your name, the date of the period covered, and the account balance details.
  1. Invitation from the person or organization directly responsible for the event or events, which explains the details of the agenda and the material to be presented.
  1. Provide us with your address in Indonesia. Whether you stay in a villa or a hotel is fine.

We don’t require any documents except all written above.

As your sponsor, we will be providing all other documents.

VIP Services : IDR 5,500,000 

The process will take 4-5 Business Days (does not include weekends & public holidays)

Inclusion :

  • Visa Fee (including 50 USD)
  • Sponsor Fee
  • Airport Pick up services Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Seminyak. For the Canggu, Uluwatu, Gianyar, and Ubud areas, a charge will be applied.

Cost for the Extension

The fee for each extension (60 days)  is IDR 2,500,000 

Extra Charges

  • For passport holders in Arabic and Chinese languages, as well as all African countries and specific Visa Calling Countries, there is an additional approval charge of IDR 500,000 per extension.
  • If you are unable to visit Bali for biometrics during the first extension, an additional IDR 1,000,000 approval photo charge applies, bringing the total to IDR 3,500,000 for the first extension.

Payment Methods for the C10 Invited Event Participants Visa

Our accepted payment methods are Wise, Credit Card, Revolut, and Western Union.

Please note:

  • PayPal and International Bank Transfer are not accepted due to delays and high fees.
  • Wise:  To make your payment process faster, click the link to our Wise account.
  • Revolut: We will begin processing once the full invoice amount is received in our bank account. Please make sure the amount of money we will receive must match the amount on the invoice, if there is a difference due to deductions or because you underpaid, you must pay the difference.
  • Credit Card payments: Send us a confirmation to receive the payment link. This method incurs an additional 3% charge.
  • Indonesian Company Bank Accounts: If you pay through a company bank account, especially a company from Indonesia, you will have to pay the 2% of tax on your expenses – this case only if you report the transaction.
