How many days can you stay in Indonesia/Bali with this Visa?
The C12 Pre-Investment Visa allows you to stay in Bali/Indonesia for a total of a 180 days (6 months).
It is a Single Entry Visa
The C12 Pre Investment Visa is a Single Entry visa, which means that if you leave Indonesia/Bali you need to reapply for a new visa.
In how many days I have to enter Indonesia/Bali after the issue of the E-Visa?
Upon receiving your E-Visa on your email, you have a 90-day window to enter Indonesia from the release date written on your E-Visa.
We highly recommend checking your flight details and submitting your visa application at least 1 month before your intended travel date that will ensure a smooth and timely process for your journey.
Regulations about the extensions of the C12 Pre-Investment Visa
C12 Pre-Investment Visa is non-extendable.
Upon entry into Indonesia, the visa will automatically be valid for 180 days.
While it is still possible to apply for this visa offshore, it’s important to note that you must exit the country once the 180 days (6 months) have expired.
The visa can still be reapplied but only for offshore, you must exit the country every 180 days (6 months).
Is Business allowed with this visa?
While holding this visa, engaging in the sale of goods or services and receiving rewards, wages, or similar payments in Indonesia is not permitted.
What activities can I do with this visa?
GAYA BALI VISA serves as the sponsor for the C12 Pre-Investment Visa, facilitating the visa for purposes:
- Supporting your endeavors associated with initiating a business, such as conducting field surveys and/or feasibility studies.
- Moreover, it grants you the flexibility to engage in tourism and visit friends or family.
While holding the C12 Pre-Investment Visa, engaging in the sale of goods or services and receiving rewards, wages, or similar payments in Indonesia is not permitted.

Document required for the application of the C12 Pre-Investment Visa?
- A scanned/color copy of your passport and cover of your passport.
- Your passport needs to be valid for at least 9 months and you must have at least 2 empty pages.
Note: Foreigners with Travel Documents that are not passport or nationality documents must attach a re-entry permit from the country/immigration that has issued the document.
- Make sure the photo of your passport is sharp, in focus, not ghosted, not covered, not cropped or folded, and not blurry.
- Make sure the passport photo is in landscape form.
- A recent passport-size photo of yourself.
- Unrecommended photo: Blurry photo, Others than face photo, Expression face photo.
- Make sure your photo shows half the body, not just the chest and head
- A personal bank statement is required, showing a minimum final balance of USD 5,000 or equivalent for the last 3 months. The statement should include your name, the date of the period covered, and the account balance details.
- Provide us with your address in Indonesia. Whether you stay in a villa or a hotel is fine.
- Documents from a government agency or private institution that elucidate the connection with the applicants, such as information, invitations, or correspondence.
We don’t require any documents except all written above. As your sponsor, we will be providing all other documents.

The process will take 4-5 Business Days (excluding weekends & public holidays in Indonesia)

Payment Methods for the C12 Pre-Investment Visa
Our accepted payment methods are Wise, Credit Card, Revolut, and Western Union.
Please note:
- PayPal and International Bank Transfer are not accepted due to delays and high fees.
- Wise: To make your payment process faster, please use our email address as the Wise Recipient: [email protected]
- Revolut: We will begin processing once the full invoice amount is received in our bank account. Please make sure the amount of money we will receive must match the amount on the invoice, if there is a difference due to deductions or because you underpaid, you must pay the difference.
- Credit Card payments: Send us a confirmation to receive the payment link. This method incurs an additional 3% charge.
- Indonesian Company Bank Accounts: If you pay through a company bank account, especially a company from Indonesia, you will have to pay the 2% of tax on your expenses – this case only if you report the transaction.
