What is E25 Working Kitas 1 Year?
A Working KITAS (Limited Stay Permit) is a must-have for foreigners employed in Indonesia.
This visa is ideal for individuals working for a Foreign-Owned Company (PMA), a Representative Office, or an Indonesian-Owned Company (PT).
It also applies to business owners who are actively involved in their business operations.

Working legally as a foreigner in Bali with Working KITAS
- Single Employer: According to Indonesian Law, a foreigner is allowed to work for only one company and hold one designated position. This means you cannot work for multiple companies under the same KITAS.
- Legally Compliant: Ensures you are working in Indonesia in accordance with the country’s regulations.
Tax and Insurance Obligations when you hold an E25 Working KITAS
- Tax: You are required to pay 5% of your basic salary, with a minimum salary of USD 1,000 per month.
- Health Insurance (BPJS): A monthly contribution of 4.2% + 2% will be deducted from your basic salary for BPJS health insurance.
- BPJSTK: This is mandatory for the renewal of your Working KITAS.

Requirements for Applicants
- A scanned copy of your passport and cover of your passport. Please note that your passport needs to be valid for at least 12 Months validity and you must have at least 2 empty pages.
- A scan in color of the main page passport (full no crop)
- Photograph of yourself (it can be a selfie with any color background)
- Your address in Indonesia
- Bank statement of the last 2 months minimum USD 2,000
- Latest Curriculum Vitae
- Bachelor Certificates
- Recommendation letter from the last employer
Requirements from Company
- A color copy of the Notary Act & Legalization
- A color copy of the Tax Registration Number (NPWP)
- A color copy of the Business License (Izin Usaha) from OSS
- A color copy of the Company Registration Number (Nomor Izin Berusaha) from OSS
- A color copy of the Manpower Compulsory Report (Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan)
- A color copy of the Indonesian ID Card (e-KTP) of a local representative
- A color copy of the Organizational Chart (if available)
- A digital copy of the company letterhead & company stamp (if applicable)
- A color copy of the Director’s passport (if you are not the director)
- The company’s address in Indonesia
- The applicant’s job position within the company

Price & Services for the E25 Working KITAS 1 Year
The price for a 1 year E25 Working KITAS is IDR 15,000,000 + USD 1,350. This price covers all associated fees, including the KITAS processing fee, sponsor fee, work permit fee, and e-Visa fee.
Bring your Spouse and Children with you in Indonesia
If you have children under 18 years old and/or a spouse, you can apply for a Dependent KITAS once your own KITAS is issued. This KITAS is valid for 1 year and can be renewed for a second term following the validity of your KITAS.
The cost for a Dependent KITAS is IDR 11,500,000 per person, and the following documents are required:
- Passport with at least 12 months validity
- Marriage Certificate (official English translation)
- Birth Certificate (for children, official English translation)
- Photo of each person
Please note that the prices are per person, and a non-refundable full payment (100%) is required in advance. The estimated processing time for the Dependent KITAS is 6-8 weeks.
KITAS Cancellation Process
If you wish to cancel your KITAS in the future, please inform Gaya Bali Visa at least 14 days before your departure. This will allow us to apply for the Exit Permit Only (EPO) and return the original documents (Work Permit and DKP-TKA Receipts) to Immigration.
The EPO process typically takes around 7 business days.
Our Payment Methods
Our accepted payment methods are Wise, Credit Card, Revolut, and Western Union.
Please note:
- PayPal and International Bank Transfer are not accepted due to delays and high fees.
- Wise: To make your payment process faster, please use our email address as the Wise Recipient: [email protected]
- Revolut: We will begin processing once the full invoice amount is received in our bank account. Please make sure the amount of money we will receive must match the amount on the invoice, if there is a difference due to deductions or because you underpaid, you must pay the difference.
- Credit Card payments: Send us a confirmation to receive the payment link. This method incurs an additional 3% charge.
- Indonesian Company Bank Accounts: If you pay through a company bank account, especially a company from Indonesia, you will have to pay the 2% of tax on your expenses – this case only if you report the transaction.
