The following Terms and Conditions apply to all of the customers who are currently receiving a service from GAYA BALI VISA.
Please carefully read this document before purchasing a service or product from PT GAYA BALI GROUP, so you are aware of your rights and obligations.
Terms and Conditions will take effect the moment you make a payment for services or you apply for a services with GAYA BALI VISA.
GAYA BALI VISA prices are net. In case the Client needs to report the services tax of 2%, GAYA BALI VISA will provide them with the documents and the Client can pay the tax on their expenses.
Definition of Terms & Conditions

GAYA BALI VISA’s Term & Conditions are an agreement between us and you our customers, and it defines the responsibilities and obligations of both parties.
Documents to provide
Please send us a good quality picture of your passport full ID page along with your signed contract in order to expedite the process.
Clients will get approval guarantee for a visa from GAYA BALI VISA (The exception is for clients who are blacklisted by the Indonesian government, this is because clients have committed crimes or overstayed in Indonesia)
Changes in Regulations
GAYA BALI VISA is not responsible if your flight ticket is forfeited due to delay in issuing a visa caused by the change of immigration regulations in Indonesia. It is necessary to ensure that you have received an electronic visa before purchasing a flight ticket.
In case of sudden and unexpected changes in regulations or pricing from the Immigration office, requirements and/or prices stated in this document will be adjusted accordingly by GAYA BALI VISA.
Extending your service: Visa, KITAS, ecc...
Immigration will need to receive your original passport in order to start the extension process. We can not start the process without submitting your original passport.
Payments
Our accepted payment methods are Wise, Credit Card, Revolut, and Western Union.
Please note:
- PayPal and International Bank Transfer are not accepted due to delays and high fees.
- Wise: To make your payment process faster, please use our email address as the Wise Recipient: [email protected]
- Revolut: We will begin processing once the full invoice amount is received in our bank account. Please make sure the amount of money we will receive must match the amount on the invoice, if there is a difference due to deductions or because you underpaid, you must pay the difference.
- Credit Card payments: Send us a confirmation to receive the payment link. This method incurs an additional 3% charge.
- Indonesian Company Bank Accounts: If you pay through a company bank account, especially a company from Indonesia, you will have to pay the 2% of tax on your expenses – this case only if you report the transaction.
Cancellation & Refund
We don’t accept PayPal, Revolut, or international bank transfers because it takes too long and there is too much deduction from the payment. It is likely that we will receive less than you sent.
Upon payment for all services from Gaya Bali Visa related to various types of KITAS, types of visas, and PMA Setup, the services can’t be canceled and are non-refundable.
In any case, should the Indonesian Government close the border or place your country on the blacklist because of political issues suddenly or any change in regulations, Visas that have already been issued can’t be refunded.

You are advised to review this Terms & Conditions periodically for any changes. Changes to this Terms & Conditions are effective when they are posted on this page, sites or services.
