D12 Pre Investment Visa
For you that wants to start business activities in Indonesia. D12 Pre Investment Visa allows you to stay in Bali/Indonesia for a total of 180 days
What Is D12 Pre Investment Visa?
The D12 Pre-investment Visa is a multi-entry visa with a validity period of 1 year.
The D12 visa allows multiple entries into Indonesia over a 1 year period, starting from the date of visa issuance.
Please be advised that when you first enter Indonesia with the D12 visa, it will be valid for 180 days.
If you leave the country before the 180 days are over and then return, the remaining validity of your visa will continue from where it left off; it won’t reset to a new 180-day period.
It’s important to keep track of this validity and make sure you leave before it expires.
After that, you can re-enter Indonesia with the same visa and receive another 180 days, as long as it aligns with the maximum validity specified on your E-VISA.
It is made specifically for you looking to start your own business in Indonesia/Bali. This visa offers the convenience of entry through any of Indonesia’s international gateways, giving you flexibility to make your business journey as smooth as possible.
In addition to its flexibility, the D12 Pre-Investment Multiple Entry Visa opens doors to a myriad of opportunities in Indonesia’s vibrant and wide business landscape.
Whether you’re exploring investment prospects, establishing partnerships, or conducting market research, this visa will help you to understand the Indonesian/Bali market.

Whether you’re attending conferences, meeting potential investors, or conducting market research, the D12 Pre-Investment Multiple Entry Visa ensures that you have ample time to accomplish your objectives and make informed decisions about your business ventures in Indonesia.
How many days after the E-visa I have to enter the country?
Once you’ve successfully obtained your E-Visa, you’ll have a 90-day window to enter Indonesia from the release date.
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience, it’s advisable to carefully review your flight details and initiate the visa application process at least 1 month before your planned arrival.
By applying in advance, you can avoid any last-minute complications and ensure that your travel documents are in order well ahead of your journey. This allows ample time for processing and addressing any unforeseen issues that may arise during the application process.
Take the initiative to plan ahead, secure your E-Visa in a timely manner, and embark on your Indonesian adventure with peace of mind. With careful preparation and attention to detail, your journey to Indonesia is bound to be a memorable and rewarding experience.
