Changing Address
As long as your KITAS is still active, here is what you need to do if you change your address:
- Report the New Address: Notify Gaya Bali Visa of your new address.
- Obtain a Domicile Letter: Visit the Banjar office at your new address to get a Domicile Letter.
This process also applies when renewing your KITAS. If your address has changed from the one on your initial KITAS, you will need to report the change and provide a new Domicile Letter to immigration for your KITAS renewal.
Important: Renewing or Replacing Your Passport
If you receive a new passport while your visa or KITAS is still linked to your old passport, you must inform our team immediately.
The Indonesian Immigration system cannot automatically update your passport number on an active visa or KITAS.
Failure to report a new passport may cause issues when exiting/entering Indonesia, extending your stay permit, or processing future visa applications. Our team will guide you through the passport update process with Immigration if required.
