Multiple Entry Visa
With a validity period of 1 year, the D12 Pre-Investment Multiple Entry Visa allows for multiple entries into Indonesia, granting a stay of up to 60 days with each visit.
Need more time to explore business opportunities or solidify partnerships? No problem. You have the option to extend your stay with up to 2 extensions, each offering an additional 60 days.

How many days after the E-visa I have to enter the country?
Once you’ve successfully obtained your E-Visa, you’ll have a 90-day window to enter Indonesia from the release date.
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience, it’s advisable to carefully review your flight details and initiate the visa application process at least 1 month before your planned arrival.
By applying in advance, you can avoid any last-minute complications and ensure that your travel documents are in order well ahead of your journey. This allows ample time for processing and addressing any unforeseen issues that may arise during the application process.

Extension of the D12 Pre Investment Visa
The D12 Pre-Investment Multiple Entry Visa allows a maximum of 2 extensions, each extending your stay by an additional 60 days and in accordance with recent updates, visa holders need to leave Bali/Indonesia after the conclusion of their second extension as the option for onshore visa application is no longer available.
But, you can still apply for a new visa offshore. It is important to remember that after 180 days of staying in the country (equivalent to 6 months), visa holders must exit Indonesia.
How many days before the extension you need to bring us your passport?
If you wish to extend your D12 Pre Investment Visa it is important that confirmation of your extension and your passport are in our office 14 days before the expiration date of the visa itself.
This allows ample time for administrative procedures, document verification, and submission to relevant authorities for approval.
To facilitate a smooth extension process and avoid the risk of overstay, you should plan ahead and submit your documents well in advance of the expiration date.

Document required for the application of the D12 Pre Investment Visa
- A scanned/color copy of your passport and cover of your passport.
- Your passport needs to be valid for at least 9 months and you must have at least 2 empty pages.
Note: Foreigners with Travel Documents that are not passport or nationality documents must attach a re-entry permit from the country/immigration that has issued the document.
- Make sure the photo of your passport is sharp, in focus, not ghosted, not covered, not cropped or folded, and not blurry.
- Make sure the passport photo is in landscape form.
- A recent passport-size photo of yourself.
- Unrecommended photo: Blurry photo, Others than face photo, Expression face photo.
- Make sure your photo shows half the body, not just the chest and head
- A personal bank statement is required, showing a minimum final balance of USD 5,000 or equivalent for the last 3 months. The statement should include your name, the date of the period covered, and the account balance details.
- Information/invitations/correspondence from government agencies or private institutions explaining the relationship with applicants.
- Provide us with your address in Indonesia. Whether you stay in a villa or a hotel is fine.

Normal Services : IDR 5,500,000

- Airport Pick up services Jimbaran, Kuta, and Seminyak. For the Nusa Dua, Canggu, Uluwatu, Gianyar, Ubud, and Tabanan areas, a charge will be applied.

VIP Services : IDR 7,000,000
The process will take 4-5 Business Days (does not include weekends & public holidays)

Cost for the Extension
The fee for each extension (60 days) is IDR 2,800,000
Extra Charges
- For passport holders in Arabic and Chinese languages, as well as all African countries and specific Visa Calling Countries, there is an additional approval charge of IDR 500,000 per extension.
- If unable to visit Bali for biometrics during the first extension, an additional IDR 1,000,000 approval photo charge applies, bringing the total to IDR 3,800,000 for the first extension.
