C6B Voluntary Visa is a Single entry permit that allows you to stay in Bali/Indonesia for a total of a 180 days.
What Is The C6B Voluntary Visa?
C6B Voluntary Visa, is the most recent evolution of the old B211A Business Visa designed for you to participate in voluntary programs in Indonesia/Bali.
This very specific Visa is specially designed for you that wants to get involved in social programs in Indonesia, while also allowing you to visit the country for tourism purposes and visit your friends and family.
How many days can you stay in Indonesia/Bali with this Visa?
The C6B Voluntary Visa allows you to stay in Bali/Indonesia for a total of a 180 days (6 months).
You will get 60 days at arrival in Indonesia and you can extend it up to two times, each time giving you 60 other days of stay.
It is a Single Entry Visa
The C6B Voluntary Visa is a Single Entry visa, which means that if you leave Indonesia/Bali you need to reapply for a new visa.
In how many days I have to enter Indonesia/Bali after the issue of the E-Visa?
Upon receiving your E-Visa on your email, you have a 90-day window to enter Indonesia from the release date written on your E-Visa.
We highly recommend checking your flight details and submitting your visa application at least 1 month before your intended travel date that will ensure a smooth and timely process for your journey.
Regulations about the extensions of the C6B Voluntary Visa
The Visa allows a maximum of 2 extensions, each for 60 days.
Following recent regulations, at the end of the 2nd Extension you have to leave the country with no option for onshore visa applications.
The visa can still be reapplied but only for offshore, you must exit the country every 180 days (6 months).
How many days before the extension you need to bring us your passport?
In case you want to do an extension you need to bring your passport to our office 14 days before the expiring date of your Visa.
Please note that 30 days extensions are no longer available
Is Business allowed with this visa?
While holding this visa, engaging in the sale of goods or services and receiving rewards, wages, or similar payments in Indonesia is not permitted.
What activities can I do with this visa?
GAYA BALI VISA serves as the sponsor for the C6B Voluntary Visa, facilitating the visa for purposes:
- Engaging in activities related to voluntary programs in Indonesia
- Participating in tourism
- Visiting friends or family in Indonesia
While holding the C6B Voluntary Visa, engaging in the sale of goods or services and receiving rewards, wages, or similar payments in Indonesia is not permitted.

Document required for the application of the C6B Voluntary Visa
- A scanned/color copy of your passport and cover of your passport.
- Your passport needs to be valid for at least 9 months and you must have at least 2 empty pages.
Note: Foreigners with Travel Documents that are not passport or nationality documents must attach a re-entry permit from the country/immigration that has issued the document.
- Make sure the photo of your passport is sharp, in focus, not ghosted, not covered, not cropped or folded, and not blurry.
- Make sure the passport photo is in landscape form.
- A recent passport-size photo of yourself.
- Unrecommended photo: Blurry photo, Others than face photo, Expression face photo.
- Make sure your photo shows half the body, not just the chest and head
- A personal bank statement is required, showing a minimum final balance of USD 2,000 or equivalent for the last 3 months. The statement should include your name, the date of the period covered, and the account balance details.
- Statement from a government agency or private institution that explains the details of the activities and trips of the Foreigner during the stay in Indonesia.
- Provide us with your address in Indonesia. Whether you stay in a villa or a hotel is fine.
We don’t require any documents except all written above. As your sponsor, we will be providing all other documents.

Normal Services : IDR 3,500,000
The process will take 10-12 Business Days (does not include weekends & public holidays)

VIP Services : IDR 5,500,000
The process will take 4-5 Business Days (excluding weekends & public holidays in Indonesia)

Cost for the Extension
The fee for each extension (60 days) is IDR 2,500,000
Extra Charges
- For passport holders in Arabic and Chinese languages, as well as all African countries and specific Visa Calling Countries, there is an additional approval charge of IDR 500,000 per extension.
- If unable to visit Bali for biometrics during the first extension, an additional IDR 1,000,000 approval photo charge applies, bringing the total to IDR 3,500,000 for the first extension.
Payment Methods for the C6B Voluntary Visa
Our accepted payment methods are Wise, Credit Card, Revolut, and Western Union.
Please note:
- PayPal and International Bank Transfer are not accepted due to delays and high fees.
- Wise: To make your payment process faster, please use our email address as the Wise Recipient: [email protected]
- Revolut: We will begin processing once the full invoice amount is received in our bank account. Please make sure the amount of money we will receive must match the amount on the invoice, if there is a difference due to deductions or because you underpaid, you must pay the difference.
- Credit Card payments: Send us a confirmation to receive the payment link. This method incurs an additional 3% charge.
- Indonesian Company Bank Accounts: If you pay through a company bank account, especially a company from Indonesia, you will have to pay the 2% of tax on your expenses – this case only if you report the transaction.
